Tasty Oven Roasted Green Beans!

This is a must have at your next dinner! Here's the magic recipe!

Pre-Heat Oven to 350

1. 1 bundle of FRESH green beans
2. 2-3 Table spoons of Minced Garlic
3. Salt and Pepper to taste

Spread greens beans on a greased cookie sheet. Then put in oven for 25-30 minuets or until crispy! 

Enjoy this simple and easy dish with chicken and rice!

Book Clubs!

A few weeks ago I wanted to start my own book club!I thought to my self... Kids and teens are always texting and online... So what better way to use our time then to start a book club!You 2 should start a book club!Here is what yu will need to have a fun book club:

1. A group with 4-6 people
2. Brain food snacks (have people bring there favorite food to be shared)
3. Meet at different houses or at a coffee shop
4. Pick a theam to make it more fun!
5. And pick a book as a group, to make sure every one wants to read it

Tada!!! Now you will have the perfect book club!Happy Reading!

The Best Confetti Cake Recipe!

What a better way to celebrate the holidays with confetti cake! I got this recipe form New Junior Cookbook! Enjoy!

Here it is:
1-1/4 cups of all purpose flour
3/4 cups of gran. sugar
1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cups butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Put flour,sugar,baking powder, and salt in the mixing bowl.                                                      Add milk,butter, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
  3. Beat with electric mixer on low until blended. 
  4. Add egg. Beat on low again until mixed
  5. By hand stir in the sprinkles. Then put into a 8 inch. square baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 min. Check with toothpick, after time is up.
  7. Cool.
  8. Frost and add a few more sprinkles for looks!
